This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the regional field and partner marketing strategy for the TOLA area to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
• Design and implement campaigns, events, account-based marketing programs, and digital promotion.
• Manage the complete execution of region-specific projects, including budgeting, timelines, and impact assessment.
• Work collaboratively with Account Executives, Customer Account Managers, Sales Development Representatives, partner managers, sales teams, and channel teams.
• Develop and sustain a quarterly pipeline generation plan, project its impact, and modify tactics based on outcomes and market insights.
• Tailor corporate messaging and content for regional buyer personas and market entry strategies.
• Analyze performance through Salesforce, Marketo, and Sigma dashboards.
• Provide insights to sales and marketing leadership to enhance return on investment.
• Guide junior marketing team members or participate in cross-regional projects.
• Over 7 years of B2B marketing experience, including field and channel marketing, with a proven record of pipeline contributions.
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan, direct, and assess marketing programs aligned with regional sales objectives.
• Extensive experience collaborating with sales, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive results.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, combined with the practical ability to execute campaigns and adapt in real-time.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to customize messaging for diverse audiences.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel 20–25% as required.
• Experience in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies is a plus.
• Background in managing partner co-marketing initiatives or working within a network of distributors and system integrators is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
