Revenue Marketing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take charge of creating a qualified pipeline through both inbound and outbound-assisted channels.

• Develop and implement comprehensive programs that align with the enterprise sales strategy.

• Prioritize revenue generation over mere MQL volume.

• Convert Dragonboat’s positioning into effective campaigns, outbound messaging, as well as paid and organic initiatives.

• Design and implement rapid experiments across various channels, target audiences, and offers.

• Formulate hypotheses, assess performance, and expand successful methodologies.

• Discover and activate new pipeline sources, including paid channels, ABM, partnerships, and outbound support.

• Leverage AI and contemporary tools to enhance personalization, content, and campaign speed.

• Streamline workflows across marketing and sales to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

• Investigate innovative tools and strategies for modern go-to-market approaches.

• Develop scalable playbooks for generating pipelines and executing campaigns.

• Continuously enhance funnel conversion and performance.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine handoffs, feedback mechanisms, and revenue results.

• Engage with senior leadership, product marketing, and sales teams closely.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or related positions in B2B SaaS or AI.

• Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline or revenue, not just leads.

• Experience in a sales-led environment, particularly with mid-market and enterprise clients.

• Builder mentality; experience in creating programs from the ground up.

• Ability to operate without standard playbooks.

• Proactive in testing new concepts and identifying fresh opportunities.

• Strategic thinker who can also manage day-to-day tasks effectively.

• Strong grasp of funnels, conversion rates, and attribution methods.

• Data-driven yet results-oriented.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance speed, personalization, and output quality.

• Interest in how AI is transforming modern go-to-market strategies.

• Strong collaborative spirit with sales and a mutual focus on revenue success.

• Ability to work across teams with product marketing and content.

• Excellent communication skills to unify teams around effective strategies.

• Experience targeting product, technology, transformation, or portfolio leaders is a plus.

• Knowledge of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or similar categories is advantageous.

• Familiarity with ABM, outbound-assisted growth, or enterprise go-to-market strategies is beneficial.

• Comfort with data, systems, or basic technical tools is a plus.
