This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Prepare and distribute precise daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
• Analyze market segmentation, production metrics, source contribution, daily pickup, preferred guest programs, and various revenue data.
• Assist in loading rates and ensure accurate inventory management.
• Audit and uphold the integrity of PMS, CRS, RMS, and Sales & Catering systems.
• Convey revenue strategies and procedures to other departments effectively.
• Maintain group pickup reports and inform Sales about upcoming group cutoffs.
• Engage in weekly revenue management meetings.
• Compile revenue management data for relevant meetings.
• Monitor and assess competition through shop reports and online resources.
• Identify selling strategies, market trends, and revenue-generating opportunities.
• Act as the Director of Revenue during their absence.
• Assist with both short- and long-term forecasting.
• Provide administrative support to the Revenue Management Team.
• Update MARs in Delphi under the guidance of the Revenue Manager.
• Analyze local events and activities to project their potential effects on opportunities.
• Prepare and distribute the 12 Day Forecast to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Submit daily and monthly actual statistics to STAR.
• Conduct monthly group audit checks to confirm the balance between Delphi and the Property Maintenance System.
• Place test calls to the Central Reservation Office and property to verify rate quoting, restrictions, and selling strategies.
• Update the Daily Market Segment Analysis and verify its accuracy against the daily Flash Report.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of special rates and promotions.
• Complete a weekly PACE report.
• Attend mandatory hotel meetings and training sessions.
• Maximize productivity, identify problem areas, and assist in the implementation of solutions.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, ideally in hotel management within the CALA Region.
• Familiarity with industry reports such as STR and Demand 360.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual/fluent in English and Spanish — required.
• Knowledge of SynXis, Opera, or Stay In Touch systems is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Ability to comprehend and evaluate complex information and data from various sources.
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently or constantly.
• Regular attendance in accordance with Highgate Hotel Standards.
