This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Optimize revenue for designated properties by analyzing segmentation mix to ensure profitability and growth compared to the previous year and the competitive landscape.
• Suggest and manage hotel pricing and positioning in accordance with Island Hospitality Revenue Management standard operating procedures and brand specifications.
• Deliver in-depth analysis on the impact of short- and long-term decisions on overall revenue objectives.
• Develop segment strategies for Transient and Group business, including Revenue Management initiatives aimed at meeting or exceeding hotels' financial targets.
• Perform Revenue Analysis and Inventory Management during scheduled strategy conference calls following Island Hospitality standard operating procedures.
• Assist hotels in interpreting Revenue Management reports and utilizing relevant tools.
• Enter Revenue Management criteria into reservation systems.
• Current experience in Revenue Management for Marriott and Hilton Extended Stay properties.
• Prior experience as Revenue Management lead overseeing 10 or more properties.
• Over 3 years of experience in hotel Revenue Management, showcasing career advancement and a history of outstanding performance.
• Certifications in OneYield, GRO, and R&I.
• Strong attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
• Proven proficiency with brand-automated systems, personal computers, and various software applications.
• Analytical skills related to the Smith Travel Market Share report.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
