Revenue Integrity Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the charge master, updates to regulatory codes, work queues, charge capture processes, reconciliation, reporting, and analytical trends.

• Determine the underlying causes of charge inefficiencies and create corrective action strategies.

• Execute process enhancements to guarantee precise and uniform charge capture.

• Assess charging practices and uphold the Charge Description Master.

• Ensure adherence to changing coding and billing regulations.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to boost hospital net revenue.

• Spearhead initiatives for operational improvements and deliver analytical insights regarding billing inaccuracies, denials, and claim edits.

• Train stakeholders on best practices and perform quality assurance assessments.

• Utilize data trends to pinpoint training needs and revenue growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with client leadership to enhance charge capture techniques.

• Assist in system transitions and build client relationships through regular site visits and rounding.

• Promote efficiencies throughout the revenue cycle.

• Must reside in the United States.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Familiarity with revenue integrity, charge capture, billing, coding, and revenue cycle processes.

• Capability to manage the charge master and Charge Description Master effectively.

• Understanding of regulatory code updates as well as coding and billing regulations.

• Proficiency in analyzing work queues, charge capture, reconciliation, reporting, and analytical trends.

• Skill in identifying root causes of charge inefficiencies and formulating corrective action plans.

• Competence in evaluating charging practices alongside billing errors, denials, and claim edits.

• Ability to perform quality assurance and recognize training and revenue enhancement opportunities.

• Capacity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and client leadership effectively.

• Ability to assist with system conversions and engage in client rounding and site visits.
