This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to assess enablement requirements, identify challenges, and establish success criteria.
• Conduct investigations to gain insights into audiences, business context, and desired behavior changes.
• Convert vague requests into clearly defined programs with specified audiences, outcomes, and success metrics.
• Suggest program methodologies and learning strategies that align with the company’s sales approach and go-to-market strategy.
• Organize and prioritize tasks across multiple initiatives, proactively identifying overlaps and dependencies.
• Oversee the complete execution of programs, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder coordination, and adherence to deadlines.
• Keep project plans, statuses, initiatives, deliverables, and ownership roles updated and transparent.
• Manage several time-sensitive programs in a dynamic environment and make independent decisions regarding execution.
• Create enablement content and training resources, including presentations, facilitator scripts, one-pagers, coaching guides, and certification materials.
• Facilitate or assist with live training sessions for customer-facing teams and develop follow-up materials.
• Adapt and maintain content across various formats and shared libraries.
• Establish and monitor program performance and measurable results.
• Utilize program data to advise on what aspects to continue, modify, or phase out.
• Leverage Claude and other AI tools to enhance drafting, program management, content creation, and analysis.
• Comply with confidentiality and regulatory standards.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Design and manage Fullbay’s ongoing onboarding and ramp-up program for customer-facing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline (Preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, learning & development, program/project management, or a closely related go-to-market function.
• Proven experience managing programs or projects from start to finish — including planning, delivery, and evaluation.
• Experience in creating customer-facing or internal enablement materials (training resources, presentations, guides, or similar).
• Proficient in the entire enablement lifecycle — including discovery, strategic alignment, program management, content creation and delivery, and evaluation.
• Strong program and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple simultaneous initiatives while maintaining focus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to create clear, polished content and articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated and capable of using independent judgment — making decisions, proposing strategic initiatives, and executing tasks without needing detailed instructions.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment; thrives amidst ambiguity within a well-defined strategic framework.
• Interest in and willingness to learn about AI tools, with experience in Claude being a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the Sandler Selling methodology is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including sitting at a computer, using hands, lifting/moving up to 10 pounds, reaching, walking, and effective communication.
