This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop systems, programs, and content that enhance the effectiveness of Sales and Customer Success initiatives.
• Create and uphold deal-stage playbooks, talk tracks, sales-stage content mapping, and support for expansion/upsell strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Digital Success/Customer Education as a cross-functional liaison.
• Prepare teams for product launches, changes in messaging, pricing adjustments, and competitive developments.
• Ensure a consistent content library and messaging across all revenue-facing channels.
• Oversee competitive positioning resources, battle cards, objection-handling frameworks, and learning experiences.
• Implement adult learning principles in both instructor-led and asynchronous program design.
• Manage and update the Enablement AI Hub and the overall enablement technology stack.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze data, generate insights, create resources, and explore AI-enabled revenue workflows.
• Establish a field-adherence framework linked to win rates, sales cycle durations, NRR/expansion, time-to-value, and churn-risk escalations.
• Conduct regular enablement performance reporting for sales and marketing leadership.
• Transform data into actionable recommendations and monitor the completion of committed actions.
• Minimum of 5 years in Sales/Revenue enablement, GTM enablement, Product Marketing, or a closely related field within a B2B SaaS setting.
• Proven experience directly supporting new-logo or enterprise sales, account management, or Customer Success teams.
• Ability to identify and articulate the needs and expectations of sales and Customer Success leaders.
• Capacity to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong business and product acumen, covering areas such as positioning, pricing, and competitive dynamics.
• Proficiency in data analysis, including extracting and interpreting pipeline and enablement data, creating dashboards, and showcasing impact.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching abilities for both group settings and one-on-one interactions.
• Experience in designing measurement frameworks linked to revenue outcomes.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Proficient project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple programs and milestones.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted enablement tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce is preferred.
• Experience with conversation intelligence platforms like Gong and Skilljar is an advantage.
• Experience in the ed tech or K–12 industry is a plus but not mandatory.
