This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete revenue performance for a designated region, overseeing the process from enrollment to payment.
• Enhance reimbursement results, minimize denial risks, expedite cash flow, and fortify revenue governance across various states.
• Propel enhancements in first-pass resolution, reduce denials, and streamline the authorization-to-payment timeline.
• Direct the accounts receivable strategy to decrease aged receivables and avert revenue loss.
• Ensure adherence to state contract revenue stipulations.
• Manage payer escalation procedures and regular performance evaluations.
• Recognize denial patterns and systemic reimbursement vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate on cross-functional resolution strategies to eliminate payment obstacles.
• Create and oversee regional revenue forecasts that align with operational drivers.
• Enhance forecast precision through diligent monitoring and variance analysis.
• Establish and maintain standardized practices for revenue governance and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance to drive margin expansion initiatives.
• Integrate Enrollment, Authorizations, Billing, Claims, and Accounts Receivable into a unified revenue workflow.
• Conduct regular revenue performance evaluations and develop corrective action plans.
• Create and sustain a standardized revenue cycle playbook.
• Mentor and guide Claims Leaders with clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Supervise claims production through Claims Leaders while retaining ownership of regional outcomes.
• Advocate for operational discipline, ongoing improvement, and uniform practices.
• Facilitate structured training and capability growth within the claims department.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle leadership.
• Proven success in enhancing accounts receivable performance and managing denial reduction initiatives.
• Experience guiding multi-tiered teams in a complex, multi-state setting.
• Strong financial insight and forecasting abilities.
• Background in government-funded or regulated reimbursement landscapes (preferred).
• Experience in scaling revenue operations within high-growth organizations (preferred).
• Proficient in business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI (preferred).
