This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take full ownership of revenue performance for a designated region, overseeing the entire process from enrollment to payment.
β’ Enhance reimbursement results, minimize denial risks, expedite cash realization, and reinforce revenue governance across various states.
β’ Spearhead efforts to improve first-pass resolution rates, decrease denials, and streamline the authorization-to-payment cycle.
β’ Direct the accounts receivable strategy to lower aged receivables and avert revenue loss.
β’ Ensure adherence to state contract revenue requirements.
β’ Manage payer escalations and facilitate ongoing performance reviews.
β’ Identify trends in denials and systemic reimbursement challenges.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally to develop resolution strategies that eliminate payment obstacles.
β’ Create and oversee regional revenue forecasts.
β’ Enhance forecast precision through diligent monitoring and variance analysis.
β’ Establish uniform revenue governance and reporting standards.
β’ Partner with Finance on initiatives aimed at margin enhancement.
β’ Integrate Enrollment, Authorizations, Billing, Claims, and Accounts Receivable into a unified revenue workflow.
β’ Lead regular revenue performance reviews and formulate corrective action plans.
β’ Develop and sustain a standardized revenue cycle playbook.
β’ Mentor and develop Claims Leaders with well-defined performance expectations and accountability.
β’ Supervise claims production through Claims Leaders while maintaining accountability for regional outcomes.
β’ Encourage operational discipline, continuous improvement, and standardized practices.
β’ Facilitate structured training and capability building within the claims department.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle management.
β’ Proven track record of enhancing accounts receivable performance and implementing denial reduction strategies.
β’ Experience in leading multi-tiered teams within a complex, multi-state environment.
β’ Strong financial acumen and adept forecasting skills.
β’ Background in government-funded or regulated reimbursement settings (preferred).
β’ Experience in scaling revenue operations for high-growth organizations (preferred).
β’ Proficiency in business intelligence and reporting tools, such as Power BI (preferred).
