Revenue Cycle Management Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee client relationships and guarantee client satisfaction.

• Assist in the delivery of contracted services, including liaising with client management.

• Set and uphold client performance expectations.

• Engage in scheduled meetings with client representatives and offer foundational revenue cycle management expertise.

• Coordinate with internal service teams to address client issues and enhance processes.

• Track RCM support requests and work with RCM support and operations for prompt resolution.

• Ensure that internal communications and deliverables are aligned with other service teams.

• Promote compliance with best-practice setups, policies, and procedures.

• Recognize opportunities for process improvements and assist in developing action plans for problem-solving.

• Carry out additional responsibilities that support the overall goals of the position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Management Information Systems, or a related field.

• Any combination of education and experience that would fulfill the necessary qualifications for the role.

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, revenue cycle management, or a similar field.

• Fundamental understanding of Revenue Cycle Management best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
