📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture relationships with current commercial insurance clients

• Evaluate and scrutinize insurance policies to guarantee suitable coverage and adherence

• Manage policy alterations, renewals, and endorsements for insurance accounts

• Perform risk assessments and offer recommendations for risk management

• Collaborate with underwriters and insurance providers for policy placements

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to coverage

• Track and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and insurance mandates

• Generate insurance documentation, certificates, and policy summaries

• Create and execute strategies for client retention

• Keep precise client records and documentation within the CRM system

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is mandatory

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance, particularly in trucking/transportation insurance

• Extensive knowledge of commercial trucking insurance products and their coverage

• Strong grasp of DOT regulations and transportation compliance standards

• Expertise in insurance policy management and conducting risk assessments

• Familiarity with CRM software and the MS Office Suite

• Outstanding account management and client service abilities

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities

• Detail-oriented with remarkable organizational skills

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills

• Understanding of risk management practices within the transportation industry
