Client Manager, Commercial Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely and professional service.

• Oversee the placement of both new and renewal accounts with carrier partners in the P&C and Life & Health sectors.

• Assist in gathering underwriting information and preparing submission documents.

• Cultivate robust relationships with carriers to obtain competitive quotes and solutions for our clients.

• Ensure successful account renewals and retention through proactive service and relationship management.

• Keep precise and up-to-date records within the AMS360 agency management system.

• Collaborate with Producers, Senior Client Managers, and other internal stakeholders to address client needs.

• Efficiently and accurately manage policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other routine service tasks.

• Report directly to the Operations Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

• Possession of an active P&C Insurance License or L&H Insurance License.

• A valid state-issued Insurance license (P&C and/or L&H) is required.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is advantageous.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
