📋 Description

• Oversee and cultivate relationships with current commercial insurance clients

• Examine and evaluate insurance policies to confirm suitable coverage and adherence to regulations

• Manage policy modifications, renewals, and endorsements for insurance accounts

• Perform risk assessments and offer recommendations for risk management

• Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers for policy placements

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to coverage

• Supervise and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and insurance mandates

• Prepare necessary insurance documentation, certificates, and policy summaries

• Formulate and execute strategies for client retention

• Keep precise client records and documentation within the CRM system

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is mandatory

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance, particularly in trucking/transportation insurance

• In-depth knowledge of commercial trucking insurance products and their coverage

• Strong grasp of DOT regulations and requirements for transportation compliance

• Expertise in insurance policy management and conducting risk assessments

• Familiarity with CRM software and the MS Office Suite

• Outstanding account management and client service capabilities

• Strong analytical skills and adept problem-solving abilities

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Proficient in written and verbal communication

• Understanding of risk management practices within the transportation industry
