This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +12 more states.
• Provide client services related to recordkeeping, administration, and the management of a designated portfolio.
• Drive revenue enhancement, productivity, and outstanding client satisfaction.
• Ensure that plans are managed in accordance with plan provisions and applicable pension regulations and laws.
• Review compliance testing procedures and outcomes, along with necessary government submissions.
• Make certain that services adhere to established service standards through prompt communication with clients, plan sponsors, advisors, internal teams, and daily contacts.
• Oversee and manage daily reporting tasks.
• Maintain a record of relevant client communications.
• Offer project management assistance to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with technical and support teams to uphold recordkeeping responsibilities for assigned plans.
• Organize plan modifications.
• Execute additional tasks as required.
• Effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.
• Remain in a stationary position for 75% or more of the time.
• Lift objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
• An associate degree with two (2) years of experience, or a comparable blend of education and experience.
• ASPPA or similar industry certifications such as NIPA or CEBS are preferred.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Capability to address practical issues and manage various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Ability to generate routine reports and correspondence.
• Effective communication skills with both internal and external contacts.
• Proficient in utilizing research tools to acquire and implement current regulations.
• Competence in preparing spreadsheets, reconciling figures, and analyzing financial data.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule-based instructions.
• Willingness to enhance application software skills through internal training programs.
• Must possess authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• A minimum of 22 days of paid time off each year, prorated in the year of hire.
