This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.
• Offer impartial guidance that meets the requirements of plan sponsors and eligible employees.
• Facilitate individual and group presentations, either in person or through video conferencing technology.
• Enhance understanding of retirement plan features and increase plan assets.
• Conduct enrollment sessions as well as age-specific and advanced financial literacy meetings.
• Engage in benefit fairs and orientations for new employees.
• Take part in annual plan evaluations and financial education strategies.
• Support the Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with focused educational campaigns.
• Boost plan participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to inform them about plan enrollment.
• Travel for new plan enrollments as necessary based on the territory.
• High school diploma or GED is a must.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Series 7 license is preferred.
• Series 66 license is preferred.
• Relevant state insurance licenses are mandatory.
• CFP, ChFC, or similar designations are advantageous.
• Exceptional presentation skills are required.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus.
• Candidates must disclose any political contributions made by themselves and their household family members over the last two years if selected to move forward.
• Candidates must not have political contributions that could disqualify them or Corebridge Financial according to applicable pay-to-play regulations.
• Up to 25% travel may be necessary based on territory requirements.
