This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide impartial guidance tailored to the requirements of plan sponsors and eligible employees.
• Conduct individual and group presentations both in person and through video technology.
• Facilitate enrollment meetings, age-focused financial education sessions, and financial literacy events.
• Engage in benefit fairs and orientations for new employees.
• Participate in annual reviews of plans and financial education strategies.
• Assist the Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with focused educational initiatives.
• Enhance plan participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to inform them about plan involvement.
• Travel within the designated territory for new plan enrollments as needed.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are preferred.
• Relevant state insurance licenses are required.
• CFP, ChFC, or similar designations are advantageous.
• Exceptional presentation abilities are essential.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus.
• Candidates must disclose any U.S. political contributions made by themselves and household family members over the last two years if selected to proceed.
• Candidates must not have any disqualifying political contributions under applicable federal or state pay-to-play regulations.
