This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide impartial retirement plan guidance tailored to the requirements of plan sponsors and eligible employees.
• Conduct individual and group presentations both in-person and through video conferencing technologies.
• Facilitate enrollment sessions, age-specific financial education meetings, and financial literacy workshops.
• Engage in benefit fairs and orientations for new employees.
• Take part in annual reviews of the plan and the planning of financial education initiatives.
• Support the Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President in executing targeted education campaigns.
• Enhance plan participation, increase deferral rates, and grow plan assets.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to inform them about the benefits of plan participation.
• Travel within the designated territory for new plan enrollments as necessary.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are preferred.
• Necessary state insurance licenses must be obtained.
• CFP, ChFC, or similar professional designations are desirable.
• Exceptional presentation abilities are required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Candidates must not have political contributions that could disqualify them or Corebridge Financial under relevant pay-to-play regulations.
• Selected candidates are required to disclose all U.S. political contributions made by themselves and their household family members over the last two years.
