This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer unbiased guidance tailored to the needs of plan sponsors and eligible employees.
• Facilitate individual and group presentations, either in person or through video conferencing technology.
• Enhance awareness of retirement plan features and expand plan assets.
• Conduct enrollment sessions, age-specific financial education meetings, and financial literacy workshops.
• Take part in benefit fairs and orientations for new employees.
• Engage in annual plan assessments and financial education planning.
• Support the Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President in targeted educational initiatives.
• Boost plan participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to inform them about plan participation opportunities.
• Travel within the designated territory as needed for new plan enrollments.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are preferred.
• Required state insurance licenses must be obtained.
• CFP, ChFC, or similar qualifications are advantageous.
• Exceptional presentation abilities are essential.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Candidates selected to proceed must disclose any U.S. political contributions made by themselves and their household members in the last two years.
• Up to 25% travel may be necessary based on the designated territory.
