Retail Territory Manager – Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee a collection of Lakeshore stores

• Develop and enhance robust Store Manager teams

• Attract, nurture, and retain Store Managers

• Cultivate a pipeline of future leaders and mentor managers to do the same

• Establish clear expectations for store leaders and manage performance through feedback, development plans, recognition, and corrective measures

• Conduct scheduled store visits with defined agendas, documented follow-ups, and verified resolutions on outstanding issues

• Uphold Lakeshore’s brand and operational standards, including visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, shrink management, safety, and compliance

• Execute company sales initiatives and institutional outreach in each store, sustain launches, and report results along with necessary adjustments

• Strategize labor and oversee payroll and expenses in anticipation of promotions, holidays, and seasonal surges

• Own the guest experience across the territory and coach teams on customer-centric service

• Address guest feedback thoroughly

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Over 5 years of experience in multi-unit retail management

• More than 5 years of experience leading teams, including the management of other managers

• Proven track record of talent development, building bench strength, and succession planning

• Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent operational standards across multiple locations

• Strong business acumen, with the capability to interpret store reports and identify execution issues behind the numbers

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel

• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory, up to 75% each week, and work effectively from remote locations

• Preferred: Over 10 years of multi-unit retail leadership experience, including managing other managers
