Retail Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives for designated accounts

• Apply retail selling techniques and implement customer strategies

• Lead and motivate both full-time and part-time Merchandisers, focusing on hiring, coaching, and performance development

• Ensure the successful implementation of sales priorities and merchandising initiatives in retail locations

• Provide on-site sales advice and support to clients

• Identify and secure additional sales opportunities while executing corporate programs

• Develop customized, data-driven sales approaches tailored to store demographics and customer requirements

• Establish collaborative relationships with store staff and pinpoint sales opportunities

• Deploy merchandisers and order writers to enhance shelf presence and sales volume

• Supervise product ordering, display setup, and management of unsaleable items with Full-Time Order Writers

• Create and implement store schedules

• Adhere to safety and operational protocols

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years

• Valid driver's license from the state of residence

• High School Diploma or GED is required

• College degree is strongly preferred

• Availability for a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays

• 3-5 years of sales experience with a robust sales background and a thorough understanding of business operations and systems

• Capability to perform physical tasks such as frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally exceeding 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling

• Successful completion of a drug test, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and general background screening

• Must reside within 40 miles of Mansfield, Grand Prairie, Dallas, Duncanville, or Arlington, Texas
