Retail Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals across designated accounts by employing retail selling techniques and customer strategies.

• Lead and motivate both full-time and part-time Merchandisers, encompassing recruitment, coaching, and performance enhancement.

• Implement sales priorities and merchandising initiatives within retail locations.

• Offer on-site sales advice and identify additional customer opportunities.

• Customize data-informed sales tactics based on store demographics and customer preferences.

• Establish collaborations with store staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.

• Allocate merchandisers and order writers effectively to optimize shelf presence and sales performance.

• Supervise product ordering, display setup, and management of unsaleable items alongside Full-Time Order Writers.

• Plan and implement store schedules.

• Adhere to safety and operational procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A college degree is strongly preferred.

• Availability for a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• 3-5 years of sales experience, with a solid sales background and a comprehensive understanding of business processes and systems.

• Capability to engage in physical activities, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.

• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background verification.

• Must reside within 40 miles of Huntsville, Hazel Green, Madison, Meridianville, or Harvest, Alabama.
