Retail Store District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Retail Managers and hourly retail staff throughout the district.

• Utilize business metrics and sales trends to establish clear objectives and drive quantifiable enhancements in each store.

• Collaborate with the Restaurant District Manager counterpart to ensure alignment on guest experience, cleanliness, and brand standards.

• Evaluate inventory performance, guest traffic, and sales conversion to optimize profitability.

• Conduct regular visits to each store in the district to assess performance, guarantee operational excellence, and provide support to the team directly.

• Maintain a healthy profit/loss ratio in every gift shop by managing expenses and identifying avenues for growth.

• Propel operational excellence, enhance store performance, and nurture future leaders across multiple locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of Retail Management experience at Cracker Barrel.

• Willingness and ability to travel within your designated district.

• Availability to work holidays and weekends as necessary.

• Capability to build strong teams through coaching, accountability, and motivation.

• Ability to maintain a big-picture perspective while being attentive to details.

• Skill in translating data into actionable steps and transforming actions into results.

• Demonstrated leadership with a focus on hospitality, integrity, and a people-first approach.
