Retail Store District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, and nurture Retail Managers and hourly retail staff throughout the district.

• Utilize business metrics and sales trends to establish objectives and foster measurable enhancements in each store.

• Collaborate with the Restaurant District Manager to ensure alignment in guest experience, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.

• Evaluate inventory performance, guest traffic, and sales conversion to optimize profitability.

• Conduct regular visits to each store to evaluate performance, guarantee operational excellence, and provide team support.

• Ensure a healthy profit/loss ratio in all gift shops by managing expenses and identifying opportunities for growth.

• Promote operational excellence, enhance store performance, achieve financial results, and support future leader development across multiple locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.

• At least 2 years of Retail Management experience specifically at Cracker Barrel.

• Must be willing and able to travel within your designated district.

• Availability to work holidays and weekends as necessary.

• Proficiency in utilizing business metrics and sales trends to drive measurable improvements.

• Capability to analyze inventory performance, guest traffic, and sales conversion rates.

• Skill in managing expenses and recognizing growth opportunities.
