📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain insight into the hiring requirements for Non-IT positions

• Actively seek out candidates through job boards, social media channels, and professional networks

• Review resumes and identify potential candidates

• Conduct interviews with candidates utilizing effective selection techniques

• Assess applicants' skills, experience, communication abilities, and cultural compatibility

• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates

• Provide high-quality candidate profiles within a swift timeframe

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter or in a comparable role

• Practical experience in Sales recruitment and Non-IT hiring

• Comprehensive understanding of the complete recruitment cycle

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
