This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborate with in-store staff to implement company standards for store appearance and merchandise arrangement.
• Assist new customers in setting up their stores and advise on optimal merchandise stocking techniques.
• Assess stock levels in the store and replenish inventory by placing orders or recommending quantities.
• Remove damaged and outdated merchandise, and process returns for eligible stores.
• Aid in product relocation, store resets, and labeling for both new and existing inventories.
• Merchandise specific store categories by utilizing planogram implementation and analytical data specific to the store.
• Engage with customers on product placement and merchandising concepts.
• Utilize ABC reporting data to analyze product sales and manage orders from distribution centers.
• Create customized reports for store personnel as required.
• Draft Store Layout & Design drawings using Visio for eligible customers.
• Document store activities and observations in the CRM system.
• Work in collaboration with Community & Specialty Pharmacy, Health Systems, and Business Development Sales teams.
• Participate in district and regional meetings, trainings, and tradeshows as necessary.
• Carry out related duties as assigned.
• Comprehensive training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar fields, typically acquired through a four-year Bachelor's Degree Program or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Generally requires less than two to four years of directly related and progressively responsible experience.
• Strong selling abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ABC policies, programs, services, and products.
• Proficient in effective oral and written communication.
• High level of creativity; focused and disciplined.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel 30% or more within the assigned territory and other areas as needed.
• Previous experience with planograms is highly desirable.
