Retail Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the product content for retail.com related to Gaming laptops, Handheld devices, Premium Windows laptops, Chromebooks, Desktops/AIOs, Burst laptops, Monitors, and Networking.

• Manage marketing content on product pages, including A+ and syndicated content, confirmation of launch dates, validation of WTB (where to buy) links, and associated deliverables.

• Direct the product page review process in collaboration with retail accounts across all ASUS categories.

• Act as the strategic marketing lead for US retail partners, focusing on annual and quarterly planning for digital campaign collaborations and in-store placements.

• Oversee internal cross-functional collaboration, agency management, and co-marketing efforts with Intel, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, AMD, Google, and Microsoft.

• Conduct retail product training for key retailers and ecosystem partners through both virtual and in-person training sessions.

• Collaborate with the Best Buy training team and ecosystem partners to educate evergreen 3PL sales teams for the Spring and Holiday selling seasons.

• Enhance ASUS's focus in-store.

• Direct product marketing analysis across both digital and in-store channels.

• Create prompt post-launch summaries that encompass media coverage, reviews, and PDP evaluations.

• Perform bi-weekly in-store assessments, including store visits, to summarize category performance, evaluate competitor placements, and analyze ASUS brand visibility.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in retail marketing and product marketing.

• More than 7 years of experience in the consumer electronics sector.

• Experience with Walmart, Amazon, and e-tail.com is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Strong grasp of consumer electronics products, retail marketing, retail account management, product marketing, online content management, sales representative training, joint marketing campaigns, and retail events.

• Capability to establish and maintain robust relationships with retail customers, ecosystem partners, and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.

• Skill in translating technology features into FABs (features, advantages, and benefits).

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Shopper marketing experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with shopper behavior and cohesive brand messaging is preferred.

• Deep understanding of consumer electronics customer segments is preferred.

• Willingness to travel domestically for retail marketing events and 3PL training sessions, approximately 25% of the time.
