Retail Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and motivate a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers (RCMs) to meet and surpass client expectations in merchandising, shelving, and sales execution.

• Offer daily strategic guidance to optimize sales opportunities and assist the team in recognizing best practices and in-store selling chances.

• Perform regular audits and provide constructive feedback to ensure top-notch execution.

• Cultivate strong relationships with retail partners through ongoing communication.

• Collaborate with Retail Directors and internal stakeholders to synchronize on key initiatives and ensure effective communication across teams.

• Act as a subject matter expert on Acosta’s retail systems.

• Educate associates using Acosta University and additional resources to improve in-store performance.

• Create impactful selling materials for retail meetings.

• Conduct bi-quarterly assessments to support team development.

• Undertake other assigned responsibilities, including fulfilling physical requirements and maintaining a valid driver’s license for travel.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite—Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and sales abilities.

• At ease presenting to diverse audiences and confidently addressing questions.
