This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers, serving as the technical authority throughout the entire deal process, from initial contact to contract negotiation.
• Showcase and demonstrate the SPS Revenue Recovery platform to a diverse audience, including Fortune 100 suppliers and small businesses.
• Analyze audits and deduction data to create ROI and value propositions for stakeholders, including CFOs.
• Team up with sales representatives to strategize messaging, outreach, and proactively progress deals.
• Act as the subject matter expert on deduction codes, compliance programs, and root-cause analysis across various retailers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to address supplier requirements, advise on feature priorities, escalate data inquiries, and represent the retailer domain.
• Conduct webinars and lead in-person Revenue Recovery events.
• Consult with Revenue Recovery Product Managers on feature prioritization and engage in customer research calls.
• Offer product insights, feedback, and recommendations on feature possibilities and technological advancements.
• Contribute to articles, webinars, events, enablement, and platform functionalities as a revenue recovery subject matter expert.
• Manage sensitive client and revenue data with confidentiality and integrity.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree along with 2+ years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of education and work experience).
• Preferably experience from the supplier's perspective, managing deductions, chargebacks, and retailer compliance in a B2B SaaS, CPG, retail, or supply chain context.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Walmart, Target, and Amazon; Amazon experience is strongly preferred, but Amazon-only experience is insufficient.
• Advanced understanding of retailer deductions, deduction codes, compliance programs, root-cause analysis, EDI, and supplier operations.
• Comfortable and adept at presenting to audiences ranging from analysts to CFOs, articulating ROI on high-value contracts.
• Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills that are clear and concise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Capable of managing multiple demos, presentations, and requests in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with a distributed team via Slack and Zoom.
• Preferred: Familiarity with CVS, Walgreens, Kohl’s, Home Depot, Lowe’s, UNFI, and other supported retailers.
• Preferred: Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce.
• Preferred: Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude.
• Preferred: Mid-level knowledge of ERP systems.
• Preferred: Previous experience in CPG, retail, supply chain, SPS Commerce, or SupplyPike.
