This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
• Collaborate with the store planning team to confirm the placement of fixtures and the inclusion of business services.
• Supervise the procurement of store computer systems.
• Coordinate the installation of systems.
• Establish arrival dates for merchandising teams involved in set-up.
• Offer guidance and direction to store set-up coordinators concerning fixtures, merchandising, data, and telephone equipment.
• Arrange for the delivery of store supplies through external vendors.
• Procure planogram books, price labels, and copies of set-up planograms.
• Order equipment for material handling and waste removal.
• Manage delivery and installation schedules with outside vendors and the construction project manager for shelving and store fixtures.
• Collaborate with distribution center management on the delivery of merchandise for sales areas and stockrooms.
• Ensure safety measures for on-site personnel during the set-up phase and facilitate safe-work training.
• Provide timely updates via the project management portal.
• Create and disseminate end-of-job reports and as-built plans.
• Supply revised planogram information to merchandising teams.
• Ensure the completion of final walk-throughs.
• Willingness to travel between 50% to 75% of the time.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and personnel management.
• Preferred prior retail experience with store set-up, planograms, store fixtures, or construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience with project management software is preferred.
• Ability to lead by influencing others.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Preferred working knowledge of safety requirements.
• Capability to interact effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both individually and in group settings.
