This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Identify and leverage opportunities to expand the core business, boost sales, enhance display arrangements, and increase productivity while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Assist in the installation and upkeep of innovative displays that align with branding efforts.
• Engage with store staff and consumers to share product knowledge and insights, ensuring a positive brand experience.
• Implement sales programs and initiatives, including promoting promotional programs, ensuring customer compliance, and maximizing brand potential.
• Collaborate with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and the Advanced Hydration Field team to carry out sales and merchandising strategies.
• Manage product inventory levels, reduce out-of-stock instances, and maintain company merchandising standards.
• Collect and communicate customer needs, issues, interests, and competitive activities to internal teams.
• Verify date codes, ensure account compliance with plan-o-grams, update decals or tags, and transport, construct, and maintain point-of-sale advertising and coupons.
• Utilize company-provided technology for real-time daily reporting, analyze reports, and apply insights to enhance in-store success.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is preferred.
• Entry-level candidates eager to learn will be considered; applicants with 0-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service are encouraged to apply.
• Must reside in the Denver, CO area or be willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Strong selling skills with the ability to persuade store/ownership personnel using fact-based data selling, problem-solving, and innovative thinking.
• Self-driven with the capacity to work autonomously across a large territory and juggle multiple stores.
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management abilities; capable of effectively communicating successes, challenges, and opportunities both verbally and in writing across various levels of management.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for our brands and their mission.
• Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs frequently, with bending, reaching, and kneeling necessary to support product display creation and events.
• Occasional off-hours or weekend work may be required.
• Must have a personal vehicle, uphold an excellent driving record, and possess a valid driver’s license for work-related use; willingness to drive throughout the territory is essential, including the ability to cover long distances when necessary.
• Motor Vehicle Records must meet company standards according to the Driving Policy.
• All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to maintain legal work status in the United States.
