Retail Execution Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Identify and leverage opportunities to expand the base business, boost sales, optimize display areas, and enhance productivity.

• Support the installation and upkeep of creative displays that align with branding strategies.

• Engage with store staff and customers to deliver product knowledge and insights.

• Implement sales programs and initiatives, including promoting promotional programs and ensuring customer compliance.

• Work in collaboration with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and the Advanced Hydration Field team on sales and merchandising strategies.

• Monitor product inventory levels, reduce out-of-stocks, and uphold company merchandising standards.

• Collect and report on customer needs, concerns, interests, and competitive activities.

• Verify date codes and manage account compliance with plan-o-grams.

• Replace decals or tags, and transport, construct, and maintain point-of-sale advertising and coupons.

• Utilize company-provided technology for real-time daily reporting and analyze reports to enhance in-store performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Entry-level candidates who are eager to learn will be considered.

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service is encouraged.

• Must reside in Phoenix, AZ, or be willing to relocate at your own expense.

• Strong selling abilities and the capability to influence store/ownership personnel using data-driven selling, problem-solving, and creative thinking.

• Ability to work autonomously across a large territory and manage multiple stores simultaneously.

• Excellent interpersonal and time-management abilities.

• Capable of effectively communicating successes, challenges, and opportunities both verbally and in writing, across various levels of management.

• Must be able to lift between 25–50 lbs and perform frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling.

• Occasional off-hours or weekend work may be required.

• Must possess a personal vehicle, maintain an excellent driving record, and hold a valid driver’s license for work-related travel.

• Willingness to drive throughout the territory, including long distances as necessary.

• Motor Vehicle Records must meet company standards as per the Driving Policy.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to work legally in the United States.
