πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Supervise 10–15 retail locations

β€’ Lead the establishment of new retail locations throughout the United States

β€’ Attract, recruit, mentor, and retain a diverse leadership team

β€’ Direct retail staff to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction

β€’ Recruit, organize, and execute marketing and Grand Opening Events

β€’ Provide ongoing, respectful feedback and communication to the team

β€’ Cultivate a consistent customer-focused culture that aligns with the Portland Leather Goods brand

β€’ Drive revenue growth, analyze data, and manage budgets

β€’ Uphold company policies and brand standards

β€’ Plan and coordinate events, including vendor management, timelines, setup, and day-of logistics

β€’ Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

β€’ Serve as a liaison between retail staff and business partners to secure resources, eliminate barriers, and enhance retail performance

β€’ Analyze and forecast sales trends to support growth initiatives

β€’ Provide support to store teams through in-store visits at least three days per week, necessitating frequent regional and air travel


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or higher

β€’ Minimum of 4 years of multi-store supervision experience in a retail setting

β€’ A valid driver's license with the capability to commute to multiple locations and attend off-site events

β€’ Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time for events, training, or site visits

β€’ Outstanding leadership and influence skills

β€’ Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business demands

β€’ Friendly and outgoing demeanor combined with a sense of respectful accountability

β€’ Proficiency in human resources including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, and performance management

β€’ Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities

β€’ Candidates must reside in a state where the company is currently authorized to conduct business and process payroll

β€’ Eligibility to work in the United States, as Portland Leather Goods participates in E-Verify
