This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Provide leadership and direction to Retail Coverage Merchandiser/Lead Merchandiser teams within a designated geographic area.

• Conduct interviews and hire suitable candidates; onboard and train new team members.

• Oversee performance and career advancement; manage conflicts and personnel matters; offer coaching and support.

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s business model, client and customer expectations, and operational processes.

• Attend meetings and manage administrative tasks, including recruiting, investigations, compliance reporting, emails, escalations, and HR documentation.

• Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.

• Review project timelines and supporting documentation.

• Assign tasks, monitor progress, audit work, address inquiries, resolve issues, and adjust resources as necessary.

• Ensure the timely delivery of required materials, supplies, and equipment.

• Understand and enhance selling effectiveness within assigned territories.

• Identify training requirements and improvements in systems/work processes.

• Collaborate with store personnel and the team to achieve merchandising excellence.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, equipment maintenance, expense reporting, and activity reporting requirements.

• Communicate territory responsibilities and retail priorities through technology and reporting systems.

• Fulfill the physical demands of the role.

• Carry out other tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Some college education along with prior management/supervisory experience and at least 2+ years in the industry.

• Previous experience as a sales agent, in retail, customer service, or reset responsibilities.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and leadership abilities.

• Effective communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing work environments.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Reliable transportation.

• Capability to drive a vehicle for extended durations.
