This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the Retail Coverage Merchandiser and Lead Merchandiser teams within the designated geographic region.

• Conduct interviews and hire new candidates; facilitate onboarding and training for new associates.

• Manage performance and support career growth; address conflicts and personnel matters; provide coaching and assistance.

• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the company's business model, client and customer expectations, and operational processes.

• Dedicate at least 50% of time to in-store activities.

• Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

• Review project details, timelines, and associated documentation.

• Delegate tasks, track progress, audit outputs, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and manage resources accordingly.

• Guarantee the delivery of essential materials, supplies, and equipment.

• Enhance selling effectiveness in assigned regions and identify needs for training and process improvements.

• Collaborate with store personnel and the team to achieve merchandising excellence.

• Communicate schedules, updates, objectives, and expectations; notify management of any unsafe practices or conditions.

• Ensure compliance with policies, maintenance of equipment, expense reporting, and activity tracking.

• Communicate territory responsibilities and coverage assessments using MEI and other technological tools.

• Fulfill physical requirements and perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.

• Some college education along with previous management or supervisory experience and at least 2+ years in the industry.

• Previous experience as a sales agent, in retail, customer service, or reset responsibilities.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and leadership abilities.

• Proficient communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.

• Quick learner with adaptability to changing work environments.

• Valid driver's license.

• Reliable transportation.

• Capability to drive for extended periods.
