Retail Account Representative – Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Travel to 6-8 Walmart locations each day within the designated territory to promote HTH Pool Care orders through direct store-level selling.

• Drive additional revenue by securing store-specific orders, arranging off-shelf displays, and executing promotional features.

• Cultivate relationships with Walmart store coaches, store managers, and market managers.

• Implement half-pallet display placements while ensuring proper product positioning, signage, and modular integrity.

• Submit daily reports detailing store visits, orders, competitive activities, and customer feedback.

• Monitor competitive product placements, pricing strategies, and promotional events.

• Complete a structured onboarding program lasting 4 weeks.

• Partner with a seasoned Solenis field representative for mentorship, ride-alongs, and continuous coaching.

• Collaborate with market managers regarding display approvals and seasonal placement choices.

• Share field insights with the Project Spark team to assist in shaping territory and product strategies.
