Retail Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture profitable relationships with new business accounts

• Enhance profitability from current accounts

• Recognize business opportunities through an understanding of clients, markets, products, and services

• Deliver sales presentations to both existing and prospective clients

• Educate clients on the advantages of utilizing the organization's products and services

• Develop and sustain an efficient referral network and calling program to drive sales

• Devote the majority of working hours within the designated territory engaging with clients, prospects, and business partners

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience

• Two to three years of pertinent sales experience

• Willingness to travel

• Fundamental understanding of product marketing, client service issues, and organizational operations

• Strong skills in marketing, business development/sales, and negotiation

• Ability to creatively address client concerns and issues

• Basic problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• Competence in managing multiple tasks/projects and deadlines concurrently

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Must be a resident of New Mexico

• Must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as relevant workplace conduct and safety policies
