This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as an HR partner to the business, analyze needs, and design tailored solutions.

• Ensure the effective implementation of all HR programs and services within the assigned scope.

• Guarantee the quality of HR outcomes, including internal client satisfaction, HR service efficiency, and associated performance.

• Develop and maintain relationships with HR partners from centers of expertise and Service Centers.

• Represent the HR organization to the business and contribute to enhancing its reputation and added value.

• Coordinate and deploy HR strategies to meet team needs.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and practices.

• Provide expert HR advice to managers, employees, and HR functions regarding HR policies and performance management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in generalist human resources, in addition to any internship or apprenticeship experiences.

• Good understanding of organizational development activities.

• In-depth knowledge of HR roles and responsibilities, as well as their impact on the business.

• English: professional proficiency, with the ability to work in English both written and spoken.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills and priority management.

• Good understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.

• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and advisory capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Interest in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.
