Respiratory Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual respiratory support and educational resources to patients and their caregivers.

• Remotely troubleshoot respiratory devices, including CPAP, BiPAP, ventilators, and oxygen therapy systems.

• Instruct patients on the proper use, cleaning, maintenance, and best practices for equipment.

• Respond to patient inquiries and offer clinical guidance via phone and video consultations.

• Accurately document all patient interactions in detail.

• Work collaboratively with internal clinical and operational teams.

• Ensure compliance with multi-state licensure requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active RT license is required in either Florida (FL) or Texas (TX)—one of these is essential.

• Willingness to obtain and sustain multiple state licenses.

• Open to candidates with all levels of experience.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.

• Excellent communication and telehealth engagement abilities.

• Strong customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and patience.

• Capability to teach and clearly elucidate clinical concepts.

• Coverage Area: Nationwide (Central and Eastern Time Zones).

• Availability to work from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility.

• No on-call responsibilities required.
