Recruiting Specialist – ABA Therapy, US Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to successfully placing and onboarding ABA professionals.

• Attract and identify candidates via Indeed, job boards, recruitment platforms, and proactive sourcing efforts.

• Assess CVs and applications based on ABA, healthcare, and RBT-related requirements.

• Conduct phone screenings and interviews with potential candidates.

• Evaluate candidates' experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ABA therapy, and behavioral healthcare settings.

• Facilitate interviews between shortlisted candidates and clinical leadership.

• Maintain communication with candidates, including follow-ups, interview preparation, updates, and next steps.

• Update candidate details, recruitment stages, and communication records in ATS and recruitment systems.

• Track recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress against staffing needs and deadlines.

• Utilize TextExpander and similar productivity tools to enhance candidate communication.

• Support the onboarding and integration of successful hires alongside operations and clinical teams.

• Collaborate with teams and systems, including CentralReach, to ensure onboarding readiness.

• Build and sustain a talent pipeline of qualified ABA professionals.

• Keep accurate candidate records and provide timely recruitment updates to internal stakeholders.

• Ensure a professional, welcoming, and positive candidate experience while representing the client.

• High level of computer literacy and confidence in using online recruitment platforms.

• Experience with recruitment platforms/job boards such as Indeed.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

• Knowledge of ClickUp, Calendly, Apploi, TextExpander, or similar platforms is advantageous.

• Proficient in navigating MS Office and Outlook.

• Previous recruitment experience is essential, preferably in a high-volume or healthcare recruitment context.

• Experience in recruiting RBTs, Behavior Technicians, ABA Therapists, or other behavioral/healthcare professionals is highly beneficial.

• Understanding of ABA therapy, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and RBT certification requirements is highly advantageous.

• Experience managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.

• Familiarity with US-based clients or candidates is a plus.

• Mandatory fixed fiber line with a minimum of 25 Mbps upload and download speed and wired Ethernet capability.

• Reliable power backup for dealing with load shedding or outages.
