This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
β’ Oversee resource planning and staffing operations throughout North America.
β’ Suggest staffing solutions based on individual skills, experience, availability, development objectives, and business priorities.
β’ Manage resource requests while balancing client expectations, workforce capacity, and organizational goals.
β’ Track utilization, workload distribution, and realization metrics.
β’ Manage bench resources by aligning consultants with upcoming opportunities, certifications, and strategic initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with global resource management teams to optimize capacity and enhance operational efficiency.
β’ Evaluate workforce trends, utilization metrics, and business forecasts to inform strategic staffing decisions.
β’ Identify capability and skill gaps and propose solutions for future business requirements.
β’ Provide leadership with insights regarding resource risks, shortages, and capacity limitations.
β’ Collaborate on certification planning and workforce readiness initiatives.
β’ Establish and uphold best practices in resource management.
β’ Support staffing initiatives across practices and regions.
β’ Improve resource planning systems and processes.
β’ Ensure data integrity and compliance across resource management tools.
β’ Create and manage reporting dashboards and workforce analytics.
β’ Build collaborative relationships with Delivery, Sales, Operations, and People teams.
β’ Advise leaders on workforce planning, utilization, and staffing strategies.
β’ Coach and mentor junior Resource Managers.
β’ Provide training on resource management tools, processes, and best practices.
β’ Lead staffing discussions and influence decisions using data and business insights.
β’ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders regarding current and future hiring requirements.
β’ Support scalable, flexible, and multi-skilled workforce planning initiatives.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
β’ 5-8 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, PMO, Consulting Operations, or a comparable role.
β’ Demonstrated experience in balancing competing priorities across various stakeholders, teams, and geographic locations.
β’ Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Certinia/FinancialForce, and Anaplan.
β’ Excellent communication, relationship-building, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) certification is preferred.
β’ Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
β’ Experience in a professional services, consulting, or technology organization is preferred.
