This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Assist in the daily functions of the FAA Eastern Service Area Planning and Requirements Group.
• Evaluate, manage, and resource-load Primavera project schedules.
• Track labor hours, budgeted labor units, resource assignments, and availability of resources.
• Perform workload analysis to pinpoint over- and under-utilized resources.
• Contribute to Corporate Work Plan activities, including RAM analysis and team assignments.
• Create and analyze Tableau dashboards and reports to assess project performance.
• Generate Planned vs. Actual, labor charging, staffing, and schedule performance reports.
• Identify unstaffed tasks and suggest corrective measures.
• Assist Project Implementation Managers with managing baseline and re-baseline schedules.
• Produce ad hoc reports using Primavera, Tableau, and Excel.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of schedule data across active projects.
• Implement project control best practices in scheduling, cost, forecasting, earned value, risk, and critical path analysis.
• Support Data Driven Decisions reporting initiatives.
• Identify project risks, weaknesses, and opportunities for process enhancement.
• Develop assessment reports containing actionable recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations to project stakeholders.
• Assist with ongoing updates to the Corporate Work Plan and organizational changes.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related area; relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in scheduling projects using Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis and reporting using systems like Tableau.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in creating resource-loaded project schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective presentations.
• Capability to coordinate with stakeholders, peers, and different management levels.
• Eligibility to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Previous experience with the FAA Corporate Work Plan system or similar project databases is preferred.
• Primarily remote work.
• 10% travel required.
