This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Concentrate on expanding the residential product portfolio in a designated region.
• Propel sales of all ABB residential offerings through the electrical distribution network within an assigned market.
• Foster, maintain relationships, and drive market growth with electrical contractors, builders, and channel partners.
• Enhance market penetration for residential product lines.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing Management to gather market feedback, support new product launches, strategize pricing, and identify future product needs.
• Establish expertise and act as a product champion for the residential segment in the assigned region.
• Educate and inform channel partners and customers about current and upcoming products and market trends.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and clearly communicate ABB’s unique value proposition regarding residential offerings.
• Report directly to the Residential Sales Manager.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential electrical products or construction, including technical sales or field sales experience in the specified geography.
• Candidates must possess work authorization that allows them to be employed by ABB in the US.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical codes relevant to a specific geographic area is preferred.
• Selection between two medical plan options: a PPO plan known as the Copay Plan OR a High Deductible Health Plan (with a Health Savings Account) called the High Deductible Plan.
• Option of two dental plans: Core and Core Plus.
