Residential Estimator – New York, Long Island, Northeast Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute quantity takeoffs and compile material inventories

• Assess change orders and quotes to confirm pricing corresponds with the project scope

• Navigate incomplete plan sets, clarify scopes, and address gaps when systems/details are not fully illustrated

• Maintain up-to-date estimates when material selections or lists change

• Operate as a dedicated estimator, focusing on a single client and integrating with their team

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Background in estimating for mid-to-high-end residential new constructions and renovations

• Knowledge of the residential market in New York / Long Island / Northeast

• Proficient in remote collaboration and managing incomplete drawings

• Resume must be submitted in English

• Must be willing to work within the U.S. time zones (EST, MST, CST, or PST)

• Open to working as an independent contractor

• Proficient in English
