Residential Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Conduct quantity takeoffs and compile material lists.

• Assess change orders and quotes to verify that pricing corresponds with the scope.

• Operate from incomplete plan sets when systems or details are not fully represented.

• Clarify scope and address gaps without always having the opportunity to visit the job site.

• Maintain up-to-date estimates as material lists and selections evolve.

• Serve as a dedicated estimator, concentrating on one client and integrated with their team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential estimating.

• Knowledge of the New York / Long Island / Northeast residential market.

• Proficient in estimating mid-to-high-end residential new constructions and renovations.

• Comfortable collaborating remotely and working with incomplete drawings.

• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

• An English-formatted resume is mandatory.

• Willingness to operate within a U.S. timezone.

• Experience in residential estimating, project types, and estimating/takeoff software must be included in the application.
