This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate closely with clients to assess their vacation requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Conduct research and arrange bookings for cruises, resorts, vacation packages, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services.
• Deliver precise information regarding destinations, travel alternatives, pricing, availability, supplier policies, and reservation prerequisites.
• Maintain a high level of professional communication throughout the client journey.
• Oversee reservations and track booking and payment timelines.
• Keep well-organized client records.
• Follow up with clients both prior to and after their travels.
• Cultivate new client relationships and reconnect with potential travelers.
• Generate referrals and promote repeat bookings.
• Expand the client base through sales initiatives and business development strategies.
• Promote travel services via personal connections, referrals, networking, social media, and approved marketing strategies.
• Acquire proficiency in utilizing recognized cruise line, resort, tour operator, vacation package, and travel supplier systems.
• Engage in travel research, prospecting, reservation management, and supplier education.
• No prior experience in the travel industry is necessary.
• A commitment of approximately 15 hours per week is expected.
• Eagerness to undergo training and continually enhance knowledge of destinations, suppliers, reservation systems, sales, marketing, and client service.
• Open to coaching and applying acquired knowledge.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and professional.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Comfortable working autonomously.
• Access to a reliable internet connection.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to learn about sales, marketing, travel reservations, and client relationship management.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, marketing, social media, or travel is advantageous but not mandatory.
