This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Design and implement quantitative and mixed-method projects from inception to completion.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and oversee projects from initial brief to final delivery.

• Assign and review tasks related to questionnaire editing, field monitoring, data cleaning, and tabulation checks.

• Supervise scripting, fieldwork, and supplier management while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.

• Conduct data analysis to provide insights and actionable recommendations.

• Develop engaging reports and presentations that effectively convey data narratives.

• Deliver dynamic presentations that encourage actionable outcomes.

• Facilitate qualitative research, including in-depth interviews (IDIs) and shop-alongs.

• Contribute to business growth through exceptional project management and the cultivation of client relationships.

• Work collaboratively and independently with team experts and specialized groups across Explorer and Savanta.

• Extensive experience, ideally on the agency side, in all stages of a quantitative or mixed-method project from start to finish.

• Strong proficiency in the research lifecycle and various insight techniques.

• Experience in designing sample plans, questionnaires, and analytical frameworks.

• In-depth knowledge of data analysis for generating insights.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships.

• Capability to work independently and manage projects with minimal oversight.

• Skill in developing and nurturing client relationships and articulating insights effectively.

• Familiarity with large datasets and statistical software such as SPSS, R, Stata, or similar is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience in managing or mentoring team members is a plus but not essential.

• Background in moderating qualitative IDIs, shop-alongs, or similar research is beneficial but not required.
