This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist with a diverse array of strategy, research, and communication initiatives.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders as necessary.
• Execute structured or systematic searches of medical literature.
• Critically assess, interpret, and synthesize medical literature.
• Create drafts of publications, including manuscripts, abstracts, and posters.
• Prepare draft technical reports and presentation slides.
• Engage with key opinion leaders, including clinicians and health economists.
• Review, edit, and format draft documents.
• Conduct quality assurance on model equations and written content.
• Prepare drafts of product dossiers, value messages, marketing and sales materials, clinical summaries, and objection handlers.
• Develop cost-effectiveness and budget impact models.
• Parameterize and execute models; analyze and interpret results.
• Perform meta-analyses, network meta-analyses (NMAs), and basic statistical analyses.
• Create draft statistical analysis plans.
• Carry out complex statistical analyses involving individual patient data.
• Execute analyses using statistical software packages such as R.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a medical or mathematics-related discipline such as biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, health economics, or statistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with computer programming software (e.g., VBA) or other relevant software (e.g., EndNote) is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• MSc or PhD is preferred.
