Associate Research Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and cultivate significant strategic client relationships.

• Oversee client relationship management, fulfill commitments, and handle daily business operations.

• Lead and nurture a diverse team of market researchers.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members.

• Manage comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research projects from start to finish.

• Collaborate with senior leadership on research design and execution.

• Contribute to solution architecture, proposals, methodological design, analysis, reporting, deliverables, and operational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8 years of pertinent market research experience, ideally within a supplier-side organization, supported by a university or college degree.

• Practical experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.

• Proficiency in designing questionnaires and discussion guides.

• Experience in project management.

• Skills in data analysis and visualization.

• Competency in report writing.

• Familiarity with market research software, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Client-focused mindset with the capability to build trustworthy relationships.

• Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking with robust logic, reasoning, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Interest in new technologies and innovative research methods.

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines.
