This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Initiate, design, and manage market and customer experience research initiatives.
• Oversee and implement daily research needs for a specific client-focused area.
• Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data derived from customer feedback tools across various touchpoints and product categories.
• Convert customer feedback data into actionable insights that support internal business processes and strategies.
• Create communication strategies and reports to disseminate customer insights throughout the organization.
• Integrate surveys, data analytics, and secondary data sources into cohesive views for different business areas.
• Employ leading industry practices in research and insight methodologies.
• Engage in projects that align with corporate or departmental priorities.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research studies.
• Collaborate with external suppliers.
• Foster relationships with internal teams, departments, and business units to pinpoint research needs.
• Establish customer insight objectives and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Support strategic initiatives, business plans, and operational forecasting.
• Engage in continuous self-development and participate in knowledge transfer activities.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field such as business economics, statistics, and/or research.
• Certification as a Market Research Professional (CMRP) and/or completion of coursework from the Market Research Intelligence Association (MRIA).
• 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience in market or customer research.
• Experience in using or managing online panels.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale and ongoing brand, loyalty, or market studies.
• Familiarity with data analysis using statistical tools like SPSS is an asset.
• Experience with administering and utilizing survey platforms such as Qualtrics is an asset.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills in both quantitative and qualitative domains.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and project management abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Capability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to distill complex information into simpler terms.
• Proficient working knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
