Requirements – Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create traceability of requirements for specific clients as well as company-wide initiatives.

• Integrate requirements traceability across various programs, primarily associated with software development, Jira, testing, and related tools and processes.

• Collaborate with the software development team.

• Assist in documenting customer requirements and maintaining requirements traceability.

• Identify and monitor program risks.

• Facilitate the design, development, and integration of technologies in systems deployed to warfighters.

• Integrate requirements traceability with Jira-based software development methodologies.

• Partner with subject-matter experts and software developers.

• Record requirements based on customer-driven priorities.

• Aid in development collaboration and process enhancements necessary for achieving CMMI certification.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Five years of experience in a related field.

• Subject-matter expertise in Jama.

• Proven experience in systems engineering across multiple integration programs.

• Ability to manage time effectively and develop systems engineering products across various programs concurrently.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities for complex requirements traceability tracking.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with systems engineering processes and associated product development.

• Secret security clearance is mandatory.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening is mandatory for hiring.

• Preferred: Master’s degree in Systems Engineering.

• Preferred: Familiarity with the TAK ecosystem.

• Preferred: Knowledge of MDMs.

• Preferred: Understanding of the military acquisition process.

• Preferred: Military background.

• Preferred: INCOSE CSEP Certification.

• Preferred: Familiarity with CMMI processes, associated tools, and certification.
